2026학년도 인천대학교 일반대학원 24대 원우회장 반은경입니다. 인천대학교 일반대학원에 입학 및 재학하신 학우 여러분들을 진심으로 환영합니다. 

인천대학교 일반대학원 원우회는 원우들의 학문연구 활동을 진작시키며 회원 상호 간의 친목을 도모하고 회원의 권익 신장을 위해 조직되었으며 매년 활발히 

활동하고 있습니다. 24대 원우회의 임원진과 1년간 사업내용 및 원우회비 납부 안내를 아래와 같이 소개해 드리며 원우님 여러분들의 적극적인 참여 부탁드립

Hello.

I am Ban Eun-kyung, the 24th President of the Incheon National University Graduate School Student Council for the 2026 academic year. I would like to extend a warm and sincere welcome to all students who have newly enrolled in or are currently attending the Incheon National University Graduate School.

The Incheon National University Graduate School Student Council was established to promote academic research activities among students, foster fellowship among members, and enhance the rights and interests of its members, and has been actively operating every year.

We would like to introduce the executive members of the 24th Student Council, the annual business activities, and the membership fee payment guide as outlined below, and kindly ask for your active participation.

2. 2024년도 원우회 주요 사업내용(안) Key Business Activities of the 2024 Student Council (Proposed)

가. 일반 대학원생 전용 온라인 소통 채널 마련

- 온라인을 통한 대학원생 간의 소통 및 건의사항 창구 마련

- 재학생 및 신입생들의 대화를 통한 성공적인 대학원 생활 지원

a. Establishment of an Online Communication Channel Exclusively for Graduate Students

• Creating an online platform for communication and suggestions among graduate students
• Supporting successful graduate school life through dialogue between current and new students

나. 원우회 신입생 및 재학생 학교생활 가이드 및 권익옹호활동

- 대학원생의 학업 증진을 위한 대학원 지원개선을 위한 옹호활동

- 운영시기 : 3월, 9월 각 한달 간 진행 예정(교내 현수막 및 문자 발송을 통해 가이드 신청 접수 예정)

b. School Life Guide and Advocacy Activities for New and Current Graduate Students

• Advocacy activities for improving graduate school support to enhance academic performance
• Operating Period: Planned for one month each in March and September (guide applications to be accepted via campus banners and text messages)

다. 학사 일정 관련 안내 문자 서비스

- 연구계획서 제출일, 졸업시험, 영어시험 등 주요 학사 및 학술연구교육 일정 공지 SMS 서비스 실시

- 기타 대학원생 대상 프로그램 공지 시 SMS 추가 안내

c. Academic Calendar Notification Text Message Service

• SMS notification service for major academic and research schedules including research proposal submission deadlines, graduation examinations, and English proficiency tests
• Additional SMS notifications for other graduate student programs

라. 원우회 연구역량 증진 워크숍

- 일반대학원 원우회원의 연구역량 증진을 위한 연구방법론 특강

- 대학원 원우회 주관 및 학과 주관 세미나 지원 확대

- 논문 작성법(한글, 영어), 통계 프로그램 사용법, 연구 분야별 최신 연구 동향 소개

- 세미나 개최시 행사비(강사료, 회의비 등) 지원을 통해 학과별 연구 활성화 촉진

- 운영시기: 2026년 하반기에 예정

d. Student Council Research Competency Enhancement Workshop

• Special lectures on research methodology to enhance research capabilities of graduate council members
• Expanded support for seminars hosted by the student council and individual departments
• Topics include: academic writing (Korean and English), statistical software usage, and introduction to the latest research trends by field
• Event expenses (lecturer fees, meeting costs, etc.) to be supported to promote research activities by department
• Operating Period: Planned for the second half of 2026

마. 대학원 학술대회 확대 개최

- 학술대회 시 부대행사로 연구실 소개(발표 및 포스터)를 추가하여 학부생 참여 독려

- 교수, 대학원생, 학부생들의 참여에 따른 대화의 장 마련

- 운영시기: 상반기, 하반기 중 진행 예정

e. Expansion of Graduate Academic Conferences

• Adding laboratory introductions (presentations and posters) as side events at academic conferences to encourage undergraduate participation
• Creating a forum for dialogue among professors, graduate students, and undergraduates
• Operating Period: Planned during the first and/or second half of the year

바. 원우회 졸업패 증정

- 학업 완수를 축하하고 원우 간 유대감 및 공동체 의식 고취

- 운영시기: 8월, 2월

- 단, 원우회비 3회 이상인 자에 한하여 신청 받을 예정(8월, 2월에 졸업패 관련 문자 발송 예정)

f. Student Council Graduation Plaque Presentation

• Celebrating academic completion and fostering fellowship and community spirit among members
• Operating Period: August and February
• Applications limited to members who have paid council fees 3 or more times (graduation plaque-related text messages to be sent in August and February)

사. 원우회 경조사비 지원

- 원우회 정회원의 경조사 발생 시 경조사비를 지원하여 원우 간 유대감 증진 및 공동체 의식 함양

- 운영시기: 수시로

- 경조사비 지원 항목: 부의금, 자녀출생축하금

- 단, 경조사와 관련 서류 제출 시 해당

g. Student Council Congratulatory and Condolence Fund Support

• Providing financial support for congratulatory and condolence occasions for official council members to strengthen fellowship and community spirit
• Operating Period: On an ongoing basis
• Supported occasions: condolence contributions, childbirth congratulatory gifts
• Applicable upon submission of relevant documentation

3. 원우회비 납부  Membership Fee Payment

가. 인천대학교 일반대학원 원우회(재정부장 박효경) 통장에 회비 납부

(원우회 게시판 및 개인정보 동의해주신 원우들에게 문자 혹은 E-MAIL를 통해 공지)

나. 원우회비: 50,000원/학기별

a. Payment to be made directly to the Incheon National University Graduate School Student Council account (Finance Director: Park Hyo-kyung)

(Notifications will be sent via the student council bulletin board and through text message or e-mail to members who have provided consent for personal information use)

가. 대학원에서 진행되는 각종 소식 안내(대학원에서 발송되는 전체 문자와는 별도)

나. 논문 작성을 위한 각종 통계 세미나 정보 공유

다. 학위 취득(졸업)시 크리스탈 학위패 증정

라. 각 학과별 소통창구 개설 및 커뮤니티 안내

a. Notifications of various news and updates from the graduate school (separate from general text messages sent by the graduate school)

b. Sharing of information on various statistical seminars for thesis writing

c. Crystal degree plaque presented upon degree completion (graduation)

d. Establishment of communication channels and community guides for each department
